Web content goes stale fast, leaving you with pages of inaccurate and outdated information. Large institutional websites can be hard to keep track of and staff turnover only exacerbates the challenge. After years of playing whack-a-mole at the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Education, we embarked on a rebranding and site migration and used that as an opportunity to implement a web maintenance system with school-wide engagement. In this presentation you'll learn about how we crafted a comprehensive Web Governance Policy, garnered leadership buy-in and participation, and used Microsoft Teams to manage an annual review process that involves 35 staff members and covers over 1000 pieces of content.
