The Client Services and Computer, Classroom and Event Support teams were presented with the unique opportunity, through CARES funding, to transform our campus for the students. All the different facets of student support came together to create:
  1. Improved and updated classroom technology to embrace online and hybrid learning.
  2. Laptops distributed to all incoming freshmen, graduate, and transfer students to use for their entire career of in person and/or online instruction.
  3. Self-service documentation for faculty, staff, and students to use for more efficient resolution of issues and technical questions.
  4. Weekly communications to campus with tips and tricks to improve their online learning experience through teaching and learning.
We will discuss how we pulled all these different threads together to weave a tapestry of student success at NCCU.
